Details
Waikato District Council needed to increase the chemical capacity of their Huntly Water Treatment Plant and also add standby chemical dosing pumps to improve the plants operational reliability.

The Solution

Chemical Feed Solutions supplied and installed a Self Bunded 20m3 Aluminum Sulphate and 10m3 HFA storage Tank, c/w tanker loading pipework and Flowline Level Ultrasonics to increase the plants chemical storage capacity.

For increased plant reliability Chemical Feed Solutions installed new Standby ProMinent Gamma X Solenoid dosing pumps on the Caustic Dosing System. For the larger capacity Alum & Poly pumps Chemcial Feed Solutions installed ProMinent Sigma 2 Motor Driven Mechanical Diaphragm pumps with built in VSD control.
