The DULCODOS® Compact panel provides a convenient, reliable, and cost-effective method for metering liquid chemicals. Thanks to its preconfigured modular design, the system can be quickly delivered and easily commissioned.
The metering pump is the heart of the system. The number of pumps and points of injection can be selected according to your requirements. Components such as the mounting plate, piping, and hydraulic and electrical accessories are perfectly matched for reliable operation.
The system features a well-arranged valve block for solenoid metering pumps, two relief valves, a collecting pan with leak sensor, and a calibration tank for controlled metering and operational safety. An optional inductive flow meter allows precise monitoring of the metered chemical. This simple modular setup ensures fast delivery and seamless commissioning.
