FLUX Drum emptying systems

VISCOFLUX drum emptying systems were specially developed for emptying lidded drums with high-viscosity contents. The medium is continuously and particularly careful extracted with FLUX eccentric worm-drive pumps. All systems achieve an almost complete emptying of the drum with < 1% residual amount (under 2% for drums with inliners).
Whereas the VISCOFLUX lite is ideal for pumping high-viscosity media barely capable of flowing the VISCOFLUX and VISCOFLUX mobile are capable of pumping high-viscosity media not even capable of flowing by themselves.
Drum emptying systems VISCOFLUX:
- VISCOFLUX: The specialist for highly viscous media. The unique VISCOFLUX drum emptying system is used by various industries for fast, cost-effective conveying of highly viscous, pasty and non-free flowing media. It guarantees virtually complete and gentle emptying from standard drums with lids.
- VISCOFLUX lite: To higher pump viscous, just flowable media. The drum emptying system VISCOFLUX lite is used to transfer higher-viscosity media which are just capable of flowing out of ISO drums which lid. In the Ex version it is suitable for the use in hazardous areas of zone 1 and for transferring a wide variety of flammable media (zone 0/1). The system transports the media gently and continuously. Like the VISCOFLUX and the VISCOFLUX mobile, the VISCOFLUX lite leaves just less than 1% of the media in the drum.
- VISCOFLUX lite Ex: For applications in hazardous areas of Zone 1. The Ex version is suitable for the use in hazardous areas of zone 1 and for transferring a wide variety of flammable media (zone 0/1). The system transports the media gently and continuously. Like the VISCOFLUX, the VISCOFLUX lite and VISCOFLUX mobile, the VISCOFLUX lite Ex leaves just less than 1% of the media in the drum.
- VISCOFLUX mobile S: The stand-alone solution for transferring high-viscosity fluids. The VISCOFLUX mobile S drum emptying system was specifically for use in pharmaceutical, food and cosmetics industries. It is perfectly suited for ensuring efficiency and process safety while pumping high viscosity, paste-like, non-self-flowing media out of diverse drums - either with or without aseptic bags. Media can be transferred low-shear and continuously. The residual amount remaining in the drum is up to less than 1%. The mobile drum emptying system offers a high degree of flexibility and can also be operated in wet or damp production environments. The system's stainless steel process device bears the protection class IP 66.
