Laboratory Charge Analyser – LabSense

Used to determine optimal coagulant dose on a water treatment plant Pi’s range of Laboratory Charge Analysers accurately measure colloidal and ionic charge using the streaming current principle (electrokinetic charge), which is comparable to zeta potential. Charge demand is determined with titration to the isoelectric point using the plant coagulant, either manually or by use of an automatic titrator.

Coagulation Controller – CoagSense

Pi’s CoagSense coagulation controller is an integrated controller that accepts multiple inputs from appropriate parameters including pH, flow, temperature, UV254, turbidity and streaming current. From these measured parameters, the CoagSense outputs a flow proportional coagulation control signal that can go to a site SCADA or direct to control a coagulant dosing pump.

Turbidity Meter – TurbSense®

Online Turbidity Meters from Pi are called TurbSense® and include analysers, controllers and monitors which determine true online turbidity and/or suspended solids in water, using a nephelometric measurement of scattered light in accordance with ISO 7027. The TurbSense® sensor uses LED optical technology to provide an extremely stable, accurate, low maintenance sensor.

Streaming Current Monitor – StreamerSense

Streaming Current Monitors and Streaming Current Detectors from Pi use streaming current measurement (similar to Zeta Potential) to maintain proper electrokinetic charge (ionic & colloidal) in coagulation control applications in water treatment. Effectively these coagulation analysers detect and control the level of residual coagulant.

Suspended Solids Monitor – SoliSense®

Whatever level of suspended solids from 2 NTU all the way up to >8% solids, the SoliSense® is the solution. A sophisticated sensor that ranges from 2 NTU to 8% solids (in waste water, up to 50% in other solids), this suspended solids monitor is the solution, and is unique in its ability to measure from low NTU to percent solids in one sensor.

Online Ozone Analyser for Water – OzoSense

The OzoSense Online Dissolved Ozone Monitor from Pi for the measurement of the ozone concentration in water, is designed to be simple to install and operate, and offers unrivalled stability, accuracy and precision, whilst offering excellent value for money.

Online Optical DO Analyser – OxySense

The OxySense DO analyser range of online DO analysers utilises the very latest and best optical sensor available in the world today. It is an optical luminescent device which is extremely resistant to abrasion, extremely stable, and has greatly reduced maintenance and whole life costs. Coupled with the automatic self cleaning and self verification, the OxySense online DO analyser is as close to ‘fit and forget’ as it gets.

Particle Counter – ParticleSense

The Particle Counter range from Pi is a world first. The first to allow multiple sensors on a single analyser. The CounterSense is a sophisticated online particle counter with the capability to size and count particles from 2-127 microns and to count from 2-750 microns

Chlorine Analyser – HaloSense

Chlorine analysers from Pi are used in many applications requiring the measurement and control of online residual chlorine levels in water. The HaloSense range is suitable for total or free residual chlorine monitoring or control applications in potable water, seawater, process water, swimming pool water, waste water, food washing, paper and pulp, etc

PI - CRONOS®

The CRONOS® has the capability to control up to two sensors of any type with appropriate analogue outputs and relays. Equipped with optional PID control, the CRONOS® is very able to control complex water treatment processes at a fraction of the cost of other controllers.

PI - CRIUS®

CRIUS® Instrument Controller
Part of a range of controllers, the CRIUS® is the big brother of the CRONOS® and offers more sensor connections, more functionality and more flexibility with a colour screen and optional built in 3G modem. The CRIUS® is an attractively priced, top of the range instrument controller. Optional communications packages allow Profibus, Modbus ASCII, Modbus RTU, Modbus TCP and others.
